What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days unless specifically stated on item descriptions e.g. when items are pre-ordered, these will have an estimated shipping date included in the product description.

DOMESTIC

Domestic shipping will be via Royal Mail standard delivery or courier and you will receive an email notification to inform you when your item has been shipped. For more information on specific delivery times please see Royal Mail website.

INTERNATIONAL

Domestic shipping will be via Royal Mail International standard delivery and you will receive an email notification to inform you when your item has been shipped. We are sorry but we are unable to ship orders over 1kg internationally and if this is an issue we will contact you directly to offer an alternative. For more information on specific delivery times please see Royal Mail website.

What are your shipping costs?

Pick up in store- FREE

UK delivery- £3.95

International delivery- costs are based on Royal Mail International Standard shipping zones as defined here.

Europe- £8.95

World zone 1- £12.95

World zone 2- £14.95

What if I need to cancel my workshop places?

If for any reason you can no longer make the sessions you have booked then please let us know asap, we do have a cancellation policy which means that if you cancel 10 days or more before the event you are only charged a admin charge (£5 for workshops unto £20 in value, £10 for workshops over £20 in value) this is to cover the materials we purchase in advance for the session. The remainder of the value can be used in store, transferred to another workshop of your choice or refunded. If cancellation is less than 10 days before the date of the workshop then the full value is non-refundable as we are unable to re-sell spaces in that timeframe.

How do I order wholesale?

We are sorry but we are unable to offer wholesale distribution on any items at this time; if you do have any enquiries please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by the ‘Email Us’ function on this site and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

What do I do if I have a problem with something I buy from you?

We would be sorry to hear you encounter a problem with any of our products, but if you do or simply would like some advice please don’t hesitate to contact us on the Email Us function on this site and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to try and resolve your problem.

Shop location

We are based at 21 Cleveland Street, Redcar, TS10 1AR. There is limited free customer parking to the front of the store.
