Feathers in the Glow A1 Decoupage Fiber bathes your piece in the soft shimmer of a golden-copper sunset. To apply, measure and cut the needed amount, brush Decoupage Gel onto the prepared surface, lay the fiber paper on top, and smooth it with the Scraper Tool or Brayer. A final coat of Decoupage Gel enhances durability and gives a flawless, blended finish.
