SPARKLING PRIMER & TOPCOAT

A creamy primer with fine particles that create textures and a subtle sparkle due to its pigment content. It forms a visually appealing surface alone and serves as an excellent base layer for further decoration. Can be applied with a brush, sponge brush, or roller, then smoothed or refined with a trowel.
